There was a piece of white lamp cord and plug come.ng out of it. It is one piece and not adjustable so I am guessing it is just decorative and never was a dress form. Did a seamstress own this? Was it used in a sewing shop? Was it used as a model for a painting class? I could go on but it won't solve the mystery.
