This only makes the problem much, much worse.<br />https://wittysparks.com/secrets-healing-bulging-disc/Devidhttps://wittysparks.com/secrets-healing-bulging-disc/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6451587500257595163.post-24620910145513582852020-04-06T05:24:38.434-07:002020-04-06T05:24:38.434-07:00Very informative blog. He felt strongly that the key for me (in addition to losing a few lbs) was that I need to strengthen my core. I first went to a private pilates instructor and then eventually joined a place called Club Pilates where most of the work/stretching is done on a machine called a reformer. For me this has been life changing and I never had to get a cortisone shot.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6451587500257595163.post-31832056300552837702019-09-02T09:41:15.050-07:002019-09-02T09:41:15.050-07:00Anonymous: Many thanks for your comments! The spine surgeon I saw for the MRI said he liked the idea of seeing how it goes because there has been so much improvement.Ken Spencerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14968646929859916724noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6451587500257595163.post-90419376440591638472019-08-30T17:26:56.544-07:002019-08-30T17:26:56.544-07:00So...Will had a SEVERELY herniated disc quite a fe...So...Will had a SEVERELY herniated disc quite a few years ago. He did cortisone shots, acupuncture, physical therapy and nothing worked...until Dr. Leone, the head of surgery in Glen Cove, went in and did a laparoscopic surgery. Voila!!! It worked. The day I picked him up at the hospital, he was tap dancing in his room! It was just an over-nighter...easy breezy. So...that was our experience and I am passing it along, for whatever it is worth. Hang in there!!!!
