It may be work, it may be play, it may be near, it may be away. So here is the challenge - to shoot and post one photograph a day on this site. These photographs are a kind of diary of things I find interesting. I am also thinking that there will be days when I am unable to shoot, so on those infrequent occasions, I will post a photograph done on another day, but one that still feels important to me. - Ken Spencer

The Amazing Sycamores, Part 2
It was only last Monday when I posted the Sycamores at sunset. Today as I drove by on the way home from work I was amazed at how green they were, since the shoots have really become covered with light green leaves. What caused me to pull over to shoot this, however, were two groups of kids walking. I am accustomed to seeing a lone walker, or jogger framed by the trees, and couples walking together are quite common. It is rare to see a group of six - in this case in two groups. So I pulled over, and waited, and tried to get the shot when both groups were well placed. But these trees are beautiful, aren't they?
