It may be work, it may be play, it may be near, it may be away. So here is the challenge - to shoot and post one photograph a day on this site. These photographs are a kind of diary of things I find interesting. I am also thinking that there will be days when I am unable to shoot, so on those infrequent occasions, I will post a photograph done on another day, but one that still feels important to me. - Ken Spencer

Almost Perfect
This is a rose in my sister Joan's garden. It appears almost perfect. Well, what do I know about roses, after all. But it looks beautiful to me, except for a wrinkle here and there. (Just like me... :-)
Ken, I love the contrast between todays bold pink flower and yesterdays dark thunderclouds. Nature sure has an amazing palette, and you capture it well.
Wow! In my haste last night to do the post, I failed to notice the incredible contrast between the two photographs! Thank you for calling attention to it for me. That's the thing about being a photographer - you need to pay attention ALL THE TIME! Gulp! :-)
