It may be work, it may be play, it may be near, it may be away. So here is the challenge - to shoot and post one photograph a day on this site. These photographs are a kind of diary of things I find interesting. I am also thinking that there will be days when I am unable to shoot, so on those infrequent occasions, I will post a photograph done on another day, but one that still feels important to me. - Ken Spencer

Curtains
When I first awoke this morning, I was surprised to see sunshine - the forecast had been for rain. Then I noticed the curtains, blindingly brilliant in the light of the direct sun. So I went and grabbed my Nikon with a macro lens, for closeups. I spent quite a while looking for forms and shapes in the folds of the fabric. I like this, because it doesn't quite look like the real world.
You really should do a collection of black & white photos such as the snow covered car, the curtains, the diner picture, etc. which show all the neat shapes and textures. Interesting. bsk
