When I first awoke this morning, I was surprised to see sunshine - the forecast had been for rain. Then I noticed the curtains, blindingly brilliant in the light of the direct sun. So I went and grabbed my Nikon with a macro lens, for closeups. I spent quite a while looking for forms and shapes in the folds of the fabric. I like this, because it doesn't quite look like the real world.
It may be work, it may be play, it may be near, it may be away. So here is the challenge - to shoot and post one photograph a day on this site. These photographs are a kind of diary of things I find interesting. I am also thinking that there will be days when I am unable to shoot, so on those infrequent occasions, I will post a photograph done on another day, but one that still feels important to me. - Ken Spencer

You really should do a collection of black & white photos such as the snow covered car, the curtains, the diner picture, etc. which show all the neat shapes and textures. Interesting. bsk
