OK, OK, so there was no blizzard. Just 4 or 5 hours of light snow, with a total accumulation of about 2 or 3 inches. While the snow was still drifting down, I grabbed my camera and went outside to try and find a photo or two. The first thing I came to was the herb garden and I love the curves of the herbs bent low with the snow. I kept looking and tried some close-ups of branches with snow, but I couldn't make a beautiful picture out of that. Then I backed up and saw the shot below. I love that the distant trees are ghostly, and the nearby trees are dark and foreboding.
