"Don't Be Afraid of Anyone"

We went to the city today to have lunch with some relatives - a couple - visiting from Seattle, and a couple from Long Island.  We were walking down Seventh Avenue when I spotted this message on a trash bin.  I looked at it for a while but had no idea what the meaning was.

As I walked up to the bin, I saw this message on the front, and the point was now clear.  What a great message!  So here is the bonehead move on my part:  This photograph is blurred from movement!  Give me a break!  I had the camera on "Auto" and I didn't check to see what the shutter speed was!  Duh!
