We made a trip to a small shopping area in Playa Vista because there was a Whole Foods there and we needed to get some stuff. There was a Starbucks there and so we got coffee and some goodies to go with it from Whole Foods. I looked across the way from our table and saw this scene. It made me laugh because it was so clever of the shopping center people. You could tie up your dog here if you wanted to go into one of the stores!

Clever, but I would be afraid someone would steal my dog. That is like leaving your child in the car alone.

I wondered about that as well. I am thinking that since it was the next space over from the Starbucks store, that it was just a short enough time to pick up your ordered-in-advance drink. But still...
