We went to an engagement party today in New Jersey. The couple is my nephew Jonathan, and his fiance Lauren. It was so nice for the families to meet one another. The wedding will be in a year or so. Near the end, when we were all standing around chatting with one another I noticed this group of girls in a giant group hug. Seeing all the arms around each other I thought it was a shot. It turns out that it is the bride-to-be and all her bridesmaids were here together for the first time. Thus, the group hug.
