Kathy decided to make a new kind of cookie. These are called "Lemon ricotta cookies." This is a first time for Kathy making these. She was anxious for me to taste them to see what I thought of them. They are absolutely delicious! She made several batches and set them out to cool. She put one batch in the dining room. Later on she passed through the dining room and saw this! She asked me if I had any idea who took a bite, but I have no idea... :-) She did laugh when she saw this though!

Did you pick the one in the middle thinking it would go unnoticed? :-) These cookies sound yummy. I made cookies Pistachio Ricotta cookies a month ago and they were delicious. Never used Ricotta Cheese in baking before.

No, I knew it would be noticed. My object was to make Kathy laugh out loud when she saw this, so I put the cookie with the bite out of it near the center. She did laugh! The cookies are yummy, indeed. Your Pistachio ones sound delicious as well!
Kathy's cookies look delicious! Ricotta cookies are on my "have to try" list. Now I know I will have to bake them...I laughed out loud when I saw the photo. If you really wanted to hide your thievery, you could have moved all the cookies around. Leaving the "bite" is hysterical!! betsey
