This is funny - I show you a close up of a blossom, and I have the nerve to label is "Camellia japonica." What's funny about this? That I sound like I know what I am talking about! In this case, I haven't been studying flowers - I just read the tag in the greenhouse where this was growing. I LOVE this photograph! I love that it is so delicate and that the color and shadows are so subtle. It is almost like looking at something through a fog. Please be sure to click on it to see it larger.
