I absentmindedly looked out of the bedroom window this morning and was stunned to see all these colors! The bright green moss caught my eye first. And then the Japanese maple was a color that I had not seen before - not only were the leaves a light green but the buds added a reddish tint to the tree as well. I was amazed. The colors are more saturation than normal because of the light rain that was falling this morning.

As soon as I saw this photo, I enlarged it, them made it my new desktop photo. Gorgeous! The ground looks purple along with the dark and mossy greens. The red and green buds above the dark branches just makes me keep looking at the photo :-) betsey
