I went to an opening for a photo exhibit tonight. The fellow in the center of the photo is my friend Dave, an editor who I worked with for a number of years. He loves to photograph both the landscape, and abandoned places and equipment, both on Long Island in an various locations around the country. He does wonderful work using both 35mm and 4x5 formats. It was also a reunion of sorts with friends from work who came to the exhibit. It was so nice to see this collection of his work all in one place, and it was great to reconnect with friends.
