There is a stop sign at the top of Laurel Avenue, the street we live on. I stopped at the sign the other day, and noticed this flag flying, backlit by the late afternoon sun. Fortunately there was no traffic behind me, so I sat at the stop sign and got my toy camera out and made this shot. I just think it is a pretty picture - it is not a political statement. Especially on THIS day...
