Rhubarb is in season, so Kathy has been making Strawberry Rhubarb pie. Oh boy! When the girls were here, she made two pies for us all. This is what the evening's dessert looked like before we dug in. We did this a few nights in a row! Wow, was this good!

Yum! Enjoyed Kathy's pie on the 5th at Karen's picnic. I would have been happy to drive to LI for a piece of her delicious pie.

I don't know what a Rhubarb is, but it looks good. You should ship one to me.
Dude: Rhubarb looks like large celery stalks, only about four times larger, and is reddish on the bottom. If you chewed on it, it would be sour. But add it to a pie, with sugar added, and strawberries... whew... awesome!
