I was sitting on the front porch and saw this "X" in the middle of the entrance to the porch at the top of the steps. What the heck? Oh wait, I made that. I did some touch up painting on the porch floor, and wanted to keep any unexpected visitors from stepping on the wet paint. So I grabbed a couple of pieces of wood moulding from the garage. What I didn't expect was the symmetry - it makes it appear that this was carefully planned, but it wasn't. When I saw this, it seemed like some kind of strange artwork. Hey, any excuse for a photo.
