"Four eyes." That cracked me up the first time I heard it, from a USAF drill sergeant at Lackland Air Force Base, referring to a fellow recruit wearing glasses. I had never heard that before. That term just came to me while trying to come up with a title for this post. The photo is straightforward - I was brushing my teeth in the morning, and as I bent over the sink I saw the window reflected in this beautiful hand-carved mirror where I had set my glasses down.
