After parking our car in the metered lot, we walked toward the ferry terminal just to watch the boats coming and going. As we were leaving the lot, I think it was Dick who said something like "Look at that." I read the text on the door and loved it immediately - it seems so cosmic and I couldn't figure what it meant exactly. Then it occurred to me that someone had removed some letters from the beginning, and a word from the ending. I am guessing that originally the text said "Entrance on the other side." A simple puzzle and just about the right speed for me!

I hate to say this, but you didn't solve the simple puzzle correctly. You added an extra word "The".
Maybe whoever lives here fancies themselves a psychic. It is an interesting mystery and I'm glad that you captured this door with your magic camera! Babs
