Evidence

I know, I know, if you see one more photograph with white paint, you are going to quit coming back to the blog.  I have titled this post "evidence" because you can see the evidence of all my hard work, painting the building.  I love how the addition looks along with the house, now that it is almost completely painted, where white goes into white.  I am still painting the back, but it looks like I will get it done before winter sets in.

Nice job! I say keep the posting the paining pictures. Funny how the perspective in this photo makes the addition look small vs. from the front door side which makes it look large.-- Stan

Looking good. It surprised me to see outside fireplace chimney extended and realized you only need a vent because of gas fireplace. It looks longer from this view.

Guess I had the same reaction - the addition looks narrow as opposed to width of the back door view. How many hours have you spent painting? I applaud you for tackling a big painting job!! bsk

It must feel good to be near the end of this project. But on the other hand, it's fun to see the process and progress as the project moves from blueprints to completion! Your fans are looking forward to interior shots showing Kathy and cats sitting by the fireplace. And you can do a "selfie" standing by the door!

The addition IS pretty narrow. I think it is something like 9 feet wide. We were constrained by the setback from the property line on the left side, and the cellar door on the right. And there is probably some distortion from the wide angle lens - I am not sure. It doesn't seem that narrow when I am walking around both inside and outside.
