I was down walking along the harbor and you know I look at everything. As I went by this utility pole lit by the late afternoon sun my first thought at seeing the texture of this was, man I would NOT want to touch that pole! We are talking a handful of splinters! Nosiree, I would not want to get near this. But it is pretty in its rich colors accented by late afternoon light.
