What's this sitting on the stove? Wait, what day was this? It's St. Patrick's Day! So Kathy had to make Irish Soda Bread, because she is Irish, and that's the law! :-) What more can I say. It was absolutely delicious! Of course it was. Happy St. Patrick's Day to everyone.

This Irish Soda bread looks so good! This is the first year in a long time that I have not made it to go with my Corned Beef and Cabbage. Did Kathy bake it in a pie pan? It looks so perfect. After seeing your photo, I may bake some now...betsey
